MORTGAGE LOAN ORIGINATORS
Mortgage Loan Originators are typically the first, and sometimes only, bank personnel that a borrower will meet when financing their new home. Our originators are there to advise borrowers about the different mortgage loan programs that are available at The Peoples State Bank and which one is best suited to help you achieve your dreams of homeownership. They are here to make the complexities of a home loan seem much easier and the entire lending process a lot smoother.
In addition to educating borrowers about down payment assistance programs and special opportunities for first-time homebuyers, Mortgage Loan Originators work with you to structure your loan to maximize the use of funds available in the transaction.
The originators at The Peoples State Bank can assist you with getting pre-qualified for a home loan, educating you about the lending process and walk with you through that process from application to the closing table. Our originators work to solve any problems that may arise during the transaction and anticipate any issues before they become problems!
